Scalisi brings 40 years of expertise in fresco painting.  Frescos are painted on wood. Texture is achieved from sand, lime, plaster, clay.using oil paints, acrylics and natural pigmentation for color. His cool art that revolves around our planet earth. He hopes to evoke greater awareness with our paintings using earth elements in our paints and decorations. He loves to use the gifts that our planet provides such as rocks and shells, sand and soils, trees and plants. Many of our pigments are derived from natural ingrediences such as dyes from plants, color from barks, texture from sand.
